I then went to train in Reiki, which means Universal Energy, that is available to us all and brings us together, to be the people we are meant to be; I also trained in Seichem, believed to be the healing of ancient Egypt, it uses the elements in its healing; I trained in Reflexology (hands, feet and face), which helps remove toxins and unblock energy blocks in the body.

Fifth Dimension healing also features among the healing modalities I do, as does Crystal Healing, which is very close to my heart because it was with a crystal that this whole journey began; I also do Crystalline Reiki Healing, which has such high vibrations and each and every time you feel renewed in yourself and purpose.

Because I understand and I know that Holistic Therapies are much more than a 'quick fix', that they are a 'lifestyle', I also show and teach people how to raise their energy by adopting a healthier and more 'Holistic Lifestyle'; so among my services I use colour therapy through the use of Makeup and I also offer a Holistic Chef service where I teach people who to pick the best ingredients and cook whole and healthy foods.

All of these therapies and services have one thing in common and that is Energy, Energy that fuels our lives and allows us to move freely in our day-to-day lives; we also know what happens when this 'Energy' becomes stagnant, we become 'misaligned' and our lives are turned up-side down.

Reiki

In Reiki, I the practitioner act as a channeller of the Universal Energy, it isn't the Reiki practitioner's energy that flows into us, it is the universe's, we only allow the client to be more allowing, and benefit from it more effectively.

With Reiki we have special and spiritual bond with the client which enables us to perceive areas of energetic blockage that could be obvious or not to the client, so as the Reiki practitioner we allow the energy to flow where it is needed, sometimes indicated by the client, others by intuition. It is important to clarify that reiki isn't a form of diagnoses of anything, Reiki simply makes us aware of energy blockages, which yes, at times may be obvious to the naked eye. Reiki is both relaxing and calming and works on every level, and is very beneficial to anyone, whether we don't have any issues that are visible, with Reiki we allow the energy to flow and go where it is needed the most.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient therapy that works with the main meridians found in the body, these meridians are found in the feet, hands, face and ears. I offer three forms of reflexology, feet reflexology (the most commonly known type of reflexology), hand reflexology and face reflexology (I also like to call it a 'Posh Facial' for its benefits!).

In reflexology we stimulate these meridians by stroking and pressing on them, the whole purpose of the this stimulation is to allow the energy to flow freely and eliminate any toxins which may be stored on these meridians, these toxins may take several sessions to be flushed away from the body. Just be aware that reflexology isn't a form of diagnosing any disease or ailment, it just encourages the body to rid of any toxins in these meridians and therefore allow the energy to flow better in the body.

Reflexology is suitable for anyone of any age; it is both relaxing and pampering at the same time.

Crystal Healing

As a crystal healing practitioner I allow the energy of the crystals intertwine with the clients and the universe's energy, recharging the energy levels in the client and unblocking any blockages of stagnant energy. The crystals in crystal healing are placed on different areas of the body, these can be the chakras or any specific area of the body the client would like the energy to flow to.

I work intuitively in crystal healing, I allow the universal energy to guide me where it wants to go and follow its course. I combine Reiki with crystal healing to channel this universal energy. I use a combination of crystal points and tumbled stones, or even the client's own crystals if they desire it.

Fifth Dimension Healing

In fifth dimension healing I work with a high frequency energy which enables the energy to be unblocked and flow more freely. Fifth dimension healing is a very recent form of healing that works at a deep level and enables us to follow and discover our spiritual path acknowledging our past, healing wounds of the past and providing learning tools that help us move forwards towards the 'light' that guides our soul.

I see fifth dimension healing as an enabling tool for those who are looking for answers and have the desire to unlock their potential towards enlightenment and consequently happiness and fulfilment. When the energy of the fifth dimensional enters our body we become this energy and radiate it in everything we do and aspire to do.

Make-up and Image Consulting

In make-up and image consultancy, I strive to encourage people to let the energy flow from the outside. I have noticed than when people aren't at their best, have any form or scarring, skin pigmentation or aren't where they want to be in life; they may feel worthless or simply don't make the effort to look their best, so my purpose is to show these people that when we put some effort, allow ourselves to face the world with a brave face, things do become better, just by acting "as if", and gradually we do tune into that way of positive state and feel in control once more .

By using make-up we enhance the inner beauty and make it shine brighter. It isn't by any means a way of hiding or running away from a situation or problem, it is simply addressing in a different way. My vision of make-up is that it is a tool that enables us to express ourselves in colours and different shades that show our moods and feelings and emotions. So, if given the choice, why not choose to look good and be happy?

When I apply make-up I see a transformation in the person's face, as a healer I feel the energy flow and the chakras open and this person becomes more alive, the light from within shines brighter and the negative state they may have been in vanishes. Just think if we all knew how to look our best every day and get complimented on a daily basis for how well we looked, wouldn't that make us feel better about ourselves, see life in a different light and make us more positive about everything around us.

As an energy worker/healer it is very important to me that I use pure, safe and beneficial products and make-up, so I only use botanical based and vegan products, which are kind to the skin and are an extension to any skin care regime. The technology behind the products is cutting-edge and they reflect the light given a radiant and fresh look.

To me make-up is a form of colour therapy, it brings the true essence of the soul to the surface and changes our states and the way we feel about ourselves.

Creative Visualisation

I use creative visualisation when working on specific goals or goal setting, I use NLP techniques and matrix reimprinting with EFT, which work as a magnet using The Law of Attraction, as when we desire anything in life, work towards it, and on a daily basis put it out in the universe this thoughts become energy and vibrations that are heard in the Universe and send back to us.

However there are times, when we want things in life and put them out there in the universe but don't really have the 'tools' or knowledge make it happen. So, my aim is to help the client to overcome any obstacles they may be facing and make their goals SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-framed), and by working on them and thinking positively and putting them out into the Universe achieve them.

Holistic Chef Services

I have been a qualified chef and pattisier for many years, my aim is to help people understand the real importance of food and what it really is, and start looking at it holistically! It is more than fuel, it provides more than the essentials building blocks that the proteins and nutrients are. Food is Energy.

We hear on a day-to-day basis: "we are what we eat" and "we are/become what we think". If we take these two premises/statements apart and put them back together again we have that 'thoughts are what we eat'!

Undernourishment, overweight, overindulgence, eating disorders are all forms of self-devaluation and punishment to ourselves. We blame culture, life-style, economy etc. but that is our personal responsibility. We see food as a must, rather than a source of energy.

In my Holistic approach as a chef the whole concept behind my services is to educate people who are undergoing life-style changes and help them understand the importance of a healthy balanced diet, I teach and show people the ingredients that are great sources of energy and how to cook them to maintain their goodness in them.

This is ideal for anyone, newlyweds, mums, busy professionals, athletes, people undergoing weight loss, with specific requirements and very little knowledge about cooking with 'healthy' and even alien looking ingredients, with the aim to create a new healthy life style.

Energy as Part of the Mind, Body and Soul

So all these therapies, Reiki healing, fifth dimension healing, reflexology, make-up consultancy, and my holistic chef services are forms of transferring and transforming energy, energy that become thoughts, those thoughts become actions, and ultimately become behaviours that define us and our personalities.

One of the key advantages in Reiki, crystal healing and fifth dimension healing is that they can be done distantly, so, if the client is unwell or needs to 'charge' their batteries up and they are miles away, by simply contacting the practitioner, a time that is suitable for both can be arranged. The client is able to feel the benefits in just the same way as if they were visiting the practitioner.

These therapies all use energy as part of the mind, body and soul system that rules who we are. Why not use it to our advantage rather than against ourselves?
