Reiki pronounced 'ray-key' is a form of energy realignment/'healing'. It comes from the Japanese Rei: The whole of creation, god or light and Ki: life energy, vital energy that is used to animate and give life to this creation, which gives origin to reiki and its meaning, God Light Energy.

What Reiki IS

Distant Reiki 'Healing' (using and channelling the reiki-universal energy)

Distant reiki 'healing' is as powerful as the 'hands on' version of reiki. It is ideal for clients who are unable to attend their sessions due to illnesses, disabilities or contagious diseases. Or just for those who are abroad or on holidays and wish to benefit from the universal energy.

Crystal Therapies

The crystal therapies use the reiki energy as their main source, however they are enhanced by the usage of crystals which use the five elements held in the them (Air, Water, Earth, Fire and Ether), and increase the intensity of experience and the outcome. The therapies are tailored to each individual.

• Healing - Enables the flow of 'stagnant' energy and brings balance back to the body.
• Relaxation/Meditations - This is used to calm and quiet the mind to allow a deeper meditative state and recharge 'the batteries'.
• Grids-Layouts - This is used for relaxation and to balance (also clears and cleanses) the Chakras - the energy wheels of the body.
• Work (Programming/Charging/Elixirs/Working With!) - A one-to-one experience to deepen and broaden the understanding of crystals and how to get the most of them.

Creative Visualisation uses NLP techniques in order to allow the client live and experience the moment upon completing their goals; changing thoughts and behaviours and ultimately implanting new beliefs into their conscious mind. It is used in spiritual work to determine whether we are following our soul's purpose.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment which involves the 'stimulation' (by using thumbs and fingers), 'Trigger' or 'sensitive' points on the feet and the hands.

It improves circulation throughout the whole of the body restoring perfusion of blood to organs/structures and distant areas of the body.

Reflexology stimulates drainage and elimination of harmful waste products/toxins from the body encouraging 'self-healing' mechanisms.

Reflexology relieves stress by encouraging the body to relax thoroughly (deeply), helping it to "heal" itself. It is based on zone therapy, where energy travels along the zone and is cleared through reflexology.

• Feet Reflexology - This is the most common form of Reflexology, helps relax and eliminate toxins from the body.
  
  
• Facial Reflexology - Facial Reflexology stimulates the same meridians as both feet and hands, though it also has the advantage that it tones and gently lifts the skin giving it a fresher and glowing appearance after various sessions.
  
  
• Hand Reflexology - This form of Reflexology is deal for those whose feet are too tender to the touch, have any infection on them or simply have ticklish feet. There isn't any particular difference between feet and hand Reflexology as both stimulate the same meridians.

Seichem Reiki

Seichem (pronounced say-keem) works in the same way as Reiki, with hands placed on the body or off. It is reputedly one of the healing arts practised in ancient Egypt. Reiki is one of the four elemental rays which make up Seichem - earth (Reiki), water, air and fire.

Seichem connects with our higher selves to establish healing in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. The energy is used to heal and stimulate personal development and growth.

Crystalline Reiki Healing

Crystalline Reiki has emerged now, during the ascension process and it is one of the most gentle, calming and relaxing of the healing arts, it brings the attune and/or client into alignment with themselves and their true purpose.

Angel Healing

During most of the healing sessions our Guardian Angels and Archangels are present, sending us their healing energies and love, but not interfering much.

During an Angel Healing session; however, their presence is much more prominent, and their healing energies and love are even stronger, and they may send us messages relevant to us, via the healer.

An Angel reading and guided meditation are also available, for longer sessions, were you will be introduced you your Gurdian Angel(s).

Violet Flame Healing

The Violet Flame is a Divine gift and tool of Love and Light for everyone, given to us by Ascended Master Saint Germain. It is a sacred fire that exists on the higher dimensions, yet accessible to all of us on this plane.
